FOSTER GRANDPARENT PROGRAM | RETIRED AND SENIOR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM - CARROLL COUNTY

The role of a foster grandparent is to assist children in youth facilities, including helping children learn to read, tutor children in various subjects, act as role models, work in schools, pre-kindergarten programs, and other public facilities. Volunteers receive tax-free stipend, gas, vacation, and meals.
