Offers advocacy, complaint investigation, information, and assistance for individuals living in long-term care facilities and Medicaid managed care members receiving long-term services and supports, including those enrolled in Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver programs. Helps individuals understand their rights, resolve concerns, navigate grievances and appeals, and access information about long-term care options. Services are confidential and free of charge.
