SCOUTING PROGRAM | GIRL SCOUTS SPIRIT OF NEBRASKA

Works to assist girls to develop their potential by learning to make decisions, being accountable for their own actions, and becoming responsible, contributing members of society. Scouts participate through the Daisy (K-1), Brownie (grades 2-3), Junior (grades 4-5), Cadette (6-8) levels, emphasizing career exploration and leadership development.

Adult volunteers work directly with girls in troops, as well as advisory and/or planning functions.

Catron Camp and Retreat Center for Girls Scouts from Nebraska and surrounding states, youth groups, businesses and families. Includes three camping areas, a lodge for year-around camping, a physical challenge course with high and low elements, accessible pool and sports area.
