Beyond Barriers | Goodwill of Central Illinois

Offers an employment program for adults that are neurodiverse. Each client develops their own individualized program plan based on needs and skills. Services include resume and cover letter building assistance, job shadowing, job search assistance, mock interviews and training in specific fields using virtual reality. Once a client finds a job, a Job Coach will work with them to ensure a smooth transition and continued support.
