One way bus ticket for stranded, indigent non-Douglas county residents who must have employment at their destination (this will be verified by a call to the place of employment) or for a person who has lived in Omaha less than 6 months and can prove they have a place to live in the town they are returning to.
Criteria:
- Must be without any income such as TANF, SSI, SSDI, etc.
- No transportation to minors traveling alone or with an adult.
- Does not provide 'home for the holidays' transportation money.
