Vaccinations for those who are Iowa Medicaid eligible, American Indian/Alaska Native, Uninsured, or Underinsured (defined as a child with health insurance, but the benefit plan does not include routine immunizations).

Fee

Children with Medicaid insurance: Medicaid will be billed for the cost of administering the vaccine; Children who are uninsured or underinsured: Families may choose to contribute up to $19.00 towards the cost of vaccine administration

Open to ages birth through 18; Must meet Vaccines for Children (VFC) requirements - Iowa Medicaid eligible, American Indian/Alaska Native, Uninsured, or Underinsured (defined as a child with health insurance, but the benefit plan does not include routine immunizations)
