HELP Communications Center is offered for those who need help on Iowa's highways, night or day. If call is made from coin phone, dial the operator who connects to the Communication Department, Public Safety. Necessary assistance will be contacted including State Patrol, Sheriff, Police, Ambulance, Rescue units or nearest wrecker and service station. (Not for weather and road information)
