IMPACT accepts donations from Jun 1-Sep 30, of NEW fans and window AC units and might have funding to purchase units as well. Units can be provided to families on an as-needed, and as-available basis. When available, units are only available at in-person offices for pick-up.

Eligibility
For purchased units, households must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty level. For donated units, no income requirements but households must complete an intake with a team member.
