Financial assistance for help with rent (must have an eviction notice) and utilities (must have a shut off notice), based on funding available. Volunteers complete a home visit with community members to assess needs.
Helpline Program is fully remote; no physical office/location offers the program.

-- Funding varies depending on ZIP Code or Parish; -- Rent funding prioritizes eviction notices; -- Utilities funding prioritizes shut-off notices; -- Utility assistance also available through Dollar Energy, if client meets requirements; -- Clients that do not live within supported ZIP Codes or Parishes could be eligible for assistance through the Ozanam Outreach committee; this committee can only help clients once per lifetime
