Grant program to correct critical repairs that threaten the health, safety, and welfare of very-low income households.
Eligible repairs include:
-- Heating systems (furnaces)
-- Replacement of faulty water heaters
-- Repair exterior water service lines
-- Electrical problems with the electrical service on the exterior (outside) of homes
