Must have qualifying income at or below 80% of the current county median family income, must be owner-occupied, with financing from a conventional mortgage or owned outright, must be current on taxes, utilities, mortgage payments, and housing insurance, house cannot be located in the 100 year flood plain or in an area that experiences frequent flooding

Description

Provides home rehabilitation/small repairs to those in need through the Housing Trust Fund. Improvements/repairs can include roofing improvements, siding, window and door improvements, other exterior repairs and furnace replacement.

Applications will be accepted continuously, placed on a waiting list, and reviewed on a first-come, first served basis as funding is available.
