Information and referrals can include food programs, energy assistance, chore services, and Medicare and Medicaid information. Volunteer opportunities, educational, recreational programs and nutrition information is also available. Coordinates seven neighborhood-based senior centers and nine meal sites throughout Polk County. Contact your local community center for more information.
