The Cedar Rapids Parks and Recreation Department and other local businesses have teamed up to offer two Back to School Bash's this year:

Rollin Rec Mobile Free Back to School Bash - August 7-11, 2023, at different stops through the Rollin Rec Mobile corridor. Kids in the corridor will receive school supplies donated through various sponsors. Rollin Rec stops also include crafts, games, entertainment and free meals/snacks. Back 2 School Bash - August 4, 2023, 4:30 pm-7 pm. Advance registration is required and tickets cost $5 per child (grades K-5). Bash will be held at the Cherry Hill Aquatic Center Parking Lot and have school supplies, activities, and free food for the children from Willie Ray's Q Shack (adults can purchase meals).
