Applicants must have a medical reason for needing an air conditioner and not have received an air conditioner the previous program year; Tenants must have a Landlord Release completed by their landlord stating it is okay for them to have a window air conditioner in the home if they are renters; Income guidelines apply; Program subject to funding availability; Please call to verify if the program is active
