MATERNAL AND CHILD SERVICES | FRANKLIN-WILLIAMSON BI-COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT

Assists individuals and families with making informed decisions regarding their health and the health of their family.

Services provided:
- Family planning counseling and referral.
- Pregnancy testing.
- Prenatal counseling and follow-up.
- Referral for medical card.
- High risk infant follow-up.
- Family case management.
- Lead poisoning testing and counseling.
- WIC (Women, Infants, and Children Program).

Pediatric Developmental Screening provides evaluation and assessment to determine whether there are developmental delays or other issues that need to be addressed.

WIC provides healthy food, nutrition education and counseling, and breastfeeding support for pregnant and breastfeeding individuals, infants, and children. Also provides referrals for health care and other services.

Family Case Management provides family case management services to pregnant individuals, infants, and children with high-risk medical conditions. Also offers assistance with help finding a doctor for prenatal
