Eligibility
Individuals who have been charged with Operating under the influence or Driving under the influence
Fee
Fees for OWI evaluations, mandated by Iowa's law, are set for all clients at $125.00 if the incident occurred in the State of Iowa. If the incident occurred outside the State of Iowa, the OWI evaluation cost is $160.00. Fees for all other services are based on a sliding scale.
