Provides help with finding a doctor or dentist for medical and dental care and assistance in getting health care coverage. Offers limited financial help for needed medical and dental care for those uninsured or underinsured. Also provides referrals to community resources and services, health education and support on different topics, and nutrition education and support. Includes dental hygienist services such as oral health screenings, fluoride varnish application, and referrals to treatment. Assists with arranging transportation and translation services.
