Description

Area Agency on Aging.

Provides services to older persons and persons with disabilities which allow them to remain independent and in their own homes as long as possible.

Services include: Care Management, Legal Assistance, Aged Medicaid Waiver, Senior Health Insurance Information Program, Family Caregiver Support, Nutrition/Health, Aging Disability Resource Center, Long Term Care Ombudsman, funding and oversight to area Senior Centers.
