Open to Iowa residents through Open Access, with the exception of Palo residents, however, all Palo school-aged children have accounts assigned from the Cedar Rapids Community School District

The Hiawatha Public Library is a member of the Metro Library Network. sharing, catalogs and programming with Cedar Rapids and Marion Public Libraries.
