Eligibility
Open to those who have had utility services disconnected; Must meet income guidelines, must have an emergency situation (i.e. nonregular expenses, medical expenses, medical situation requiring continuous utility service, extenuating circumstances)
Required documents
Proof of all household income for the last 30 days or proof currently enrolled in another low-income utility program, proof of household emergency, proof of Social Security number, most recent utility bill or termination notice
