Double Up Food Bucks matches the value of SNAP (the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, formerly known as food stamps) EBT purchases made on fresh fruits and vegetables at participating farmers markets, farm stands, CSAs and grocery stores with additional dollars to spend on more fresh fruits and vegetables. For instance, a family that spends $5 in SNAP benefits on fresh fruits and vegetables at a participating farmers market or grocery store receives an additional $5 in Double Up Food Bucks to purchase more fresh fruits and vegetables at their next shopping trip. You can earn up to $15 of Double Up Food Bucks per shopping trip.
