Evidenced-based Approaches include Psychotherapy, Trauma Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), PCIT (Parent Child Interactional Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).
