Open to troubled youth, ages 12-19, who have involvement in the juvenile court system, whether they are labeled delinquent, CINA (Child In Need of Assistance) or in custody of the Iowa Department of Human Services (homeless, in shelter or foster care systems)

Provides a supportive arts-based community for youth (ages 12-19) who have involvement in the juvenile court system, whether they are labeled delinquent, CINA (Child In Need of Assistance) or in custody of the Iowa Department of Human Services (homeless, in shelter or foster care systems). Artist mentors help define a safe space and encourage youth artists to find their creative voice. These weekly workshops are based on young people’s individual interests.
