Open for low to moderate income taxpayers, with a focus on adults ages 50 and older

Completed intake form (available at library), photo ID (for each taxpayer), copy of last year's tax return, Social Security cards for every individual on tax return (and/or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number notices/cards), income statements and other official documentation for household members that apply to the current tax year, checking or savings account information if desiring direct-deposit any refund(s) or direct debit any amount due

Call to schedule an appointment; Must pick up intake form in-person at the library and bring completed form to appointment; May contact AARP Foundation Tax-Aide with program questions
