LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - FAYETTE | NORTHEAST IOWA COMMUNITY ACTION CORPORATION

LIHEAP is designed to aid qualifying low-income Iowa households in the payment of a portion of their residential heating costs for the winter heating season. Applications are accepted on a first come/first served basis starting October 1st for individuals 60 years of age or older, or persons with a disability. All other individuals may apply November 1st or after. Applications are accepted up to and including April 30th the following year.
