Knowledge Empowers Youth (KEY) | Community Support Advocates

Provides comprehensive, team-based "wrap-around" support services for young adults who have a mental illness. The program assists individuals transitioning from the youth service system to the adult service system and facilitates the return to the community for individuals who have been hospitalized for treatment of acute or chronic mental or emotional disturbances.

Services focus on skill development, self-sufficiency, and community integration through employment and education. Support includes clinical therapeutic services, medication management, daily living skills assistance, and home-based options for individuals unable to leave their homes due to the severity of their mental or emotional conditions or other complicating factors.
