Eligibility
Individuals are automatically qualified if already in the Family Investment Plan (FIP), otherwise household members must meet income guidelines (about $42,375 or under for a family of four), reside in Iowa, must be a U.S citizen or legal immigrant, and have a child age 18 and under in the household
