Common areas include: laundry facilities; private mailboxes; secured entrance with intercom system; smoke-free facility; large open common area and dining room including 3 meals daily served family style; on-site beauty shop & outpatient therapy center. Additional services available including in-home assistance with medications, treatments, personal cares, meal planning, and nutritional counseling for special diets, delivered meals, personal housekeeping, and laundry services for additional charge. Also offers free use of van for medical appointments, group outings and activities. Apartments are attached to Colonial Manor with 24/hours per day emergency response.
