Offers a paid, 10-week work-based experience for young adults to develop and strengthen employment skills. Successful completion of a mandatory 2-week pre-employment training is required in order for students to receive job placement. For two weeks, participants will be trained in the core competencies of proper workplace ethics, communication, attire, and time management. Participants will receive training in financial literacy, financial tools, asset building, entrepreneurship, post-secondary processes, and resume building.
