COVID-19 IMMUNIZATION CLINICS/INFORMATION | CLAYTON COUNTY VISITING NURSE ASSOCIATION

The Clayton County Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) is providing COVID-19 vaccine by appointment. Persons may call the Clayton County Vaccine line at (563) 245-2064 for appointments. They will be asked to leave their name, birthdate, and phone number. They will be placed on a county-wide list and will be contacted by a vaccine provider for scheduling. In addition, the Iowa Public Health Department has a website providing COVID-19 vaccine information and a Vaccine Provider locator so that people may search for a provider in their area. Although Clayton County Visiting Nurse Association is currently not providing vaccines to homebound individuals, they will work with people who need this service to find a resource.

Eligibility

People living in Clayton County; ages served will vary depending on the vaccine available. The Pfizer and Moderna vaccine are authorized for individuals 6 months and older. The Johnson and Johnson is authorized for individuals 18 years and older.
