Connects eligible seniors 65 and older with local volunteer ophthalmologists who provide a medical eye exam often at no out-of-pocket cost, and up to one year of follow-up care for any condition diagnosed during the initial exam, for the physician services.

Eligibility
Open to US citizens/legal residents 65 or older; Clients cannot be part of an HMO or receive eye care benefits through the VA; Cannot have seen an ophthalmologist in 3 or more years
Fee
Medicare and other insurance will be billed, but accepted as payment in full for the physician's services waiving co-pays; Uninsured are seen at no charge
