The Home Repair program is a financial assistance program that makes health and safety improvements to homes to those that income qualify. There are several programs that a homeowner or renter can participate in, including a program to assist families with young children. Homes built before 1978 pose a risk of lead paint and our Lead Paint and Healthy Homes program makes the home lead safe while also making other improvements.
