Provides help with repairs to furnaces or replaces furnaces, water heaters, sewer and water lines from the house to the street, and repairs electrical from the house to the pole in the back of the house. Homeowner's income must be at or below 60% of the median for the Omaha area. Does not apply to trailers of any kind. Cannot be a current city employee.
