Offers law enforcement services to the Hamilton County area. Issues gun/firearm permits, runs requested background checks, and manages the county Jail. Also responsible for duties related to the civil process, including but not limited to original notices and petitions, garnishment, sheriff sales, protective and restraining orders, and subpoenas.
