Care Groups are supportive small groups that are designed to provide emotional and spiritual growth to individuals. Eastview offers the following small groups:

- Domestic Abuse (women only)
- Divorce Care
- Financial Peace University
- Grief Share
- Healing from Depression
- Sexual Abuse (women only)
- Sexual Integrity (men only)
- Veterans Support
- Cancer Support (for those with cancer and caregivers)
