Provides crisis intervention for run-away, locked-out, homeless, and ungovernable youth. Will make sure youth gets emergency psychiatric or substance abuse treatment if needed, follow-up care plan for youths reunited with family, and short-term or long-term placements if reunification is not immediately possible.
