DHHS court ordered QRTP 4 males and 4 females adolescents, ages 12-17 years of age. Each youth receives an individualized assessment and service plan from a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts to help youth develop higher levels of personal accountability, congestive self-control, and personal coping skills
