NEBRASKA TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM/LIFELINE PROGRAM at NEBRASKA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

For eligible Nebraskans, this program reduces the cost of service by up to $10.75 per month or provides minutes to an eligible cellular service. Some companies are not eligible to participate in this program.

To be eligible, individuals must either receive: Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP formally known as Food Stamps), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA) or Veterans Pension or Survivors Benefit Program or have a household income below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level.
