FOOD SHELF | CLAYTON COUNTY FOOD SHELF

Provides food to those in need. Items available include boxed and canned food, diabetic food items, and baby items (when available) including diapers, formula, and baby food. There are usually some perishable items on hand including milk, bread, fresh produce in season, ground beef, venison, and eggs. Use of the pantry is limited to once a month, though this may vary depending on circumstances.

Home delivery is possible when necessary; call for information. The pantry is also available by appointment early mornings, late evenings, and weekends (call for an appointment).

This is a participating TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) food pantry. Enrollment into TEFAP is confidential and requires proof of address and identification. Individuals participating in the FoodShare, School Nutrition Program, WIC, or Senior Meals programs may participate in TEFAP without impacting their ability to qualify for those programs.
