PROJECT SANTA (TOY AND JOY SHOP) at COUNCIL BLUFFS FAMILY OUTREACH/DONATION CENTER
For Christmas 2023:
Project Santa's Toy and Joy Shop Program empowers low-income parents to have gifts for their children under the tree on Christmas morning, or to celebrate their holiday of choice. Provides 3 -5 new toys for each child, books, school supplies, stocking stuffers, and coloring books. Serves children ages birth to 12.
To register, applicants must bring the following for each child being registered for Project Santa: their birth certificate or document verifying their age and their social security number. The adult must have their photo ID and a current piece of mail. Only one adult per household is needed to register for this program. A child can only be registered once for this program. Applicants must have their completed registration sheet to shop.
Registration is from Thursday, December 7th through Friday, December 22nd, and is located at:
-- Timberlake Outreach Center - Wednesday-Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm
-- Council Bluffs Outreach Center - Tuesdays from 9 am to 2 pm.
Actual shopping is between the hours of 9 am-5 pm at the Toy and Joy Shop from Thursday, December 7th through Friday, December 22nd. Closed Sundays and Mondays, except for Monday, December 11. Applicants must have their registration sheet with them to shop at the Toy and Joy Shop. Children cannot be present during shopping.
