Provides youth and young adults with support and skills needed for success in school and at work. Individual plans are developed for clients that are based on their unique skills, interests, education level and goals for the future.

The program provides skills to create resumes as well as obtain and maintain employment, paid and unpaid work experience, job shadowing, internships, and apprenticeships, soft skills training (on-the-job (OTJ) communication best practices, interview skills, OJT conflict resolution), connection to HiSET and apprenticeships, exploration of post-high school programming including college, apprenticeships, and training opportunities, financial literacy education, leadership development opportunities, support following goal achievement, connections to other community resources and collaborations, and Personal and Mental Wellness training (Mindfulness training, Yoga)
