SUPPORTED COMMUNITY LIVING FOR ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES | MAYOR'S YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM (MYEP)

Provides residential services in a community based home with 1-3 other roommates and have staff available to them 24 hours per day. Support services are individualized for each person. Some common areas of support and skill development include: self-care, daily living skills, community skills, social skills, community skills, medication setup and follow through.
