Offers a college preparatory program designed to empower program participants with the academic skills and motivation necessary to be successful in high school and to ultimately complete college.The program uses collaborative relationships with students, parents, schools, and the community while providing services and support to low income and first-generation students.

Eligibility

Income eligibility applies, must be a student who has completed the 8th grade or are currently in the 9th, 10th, and 11th grade in the Waterloo Community School District, neither the mother or father has a four-year college degree, students must have demonstrated "potential for college" as measured by standardized tests, school grades, and/or recommendations from a school administrator, counselor, or teacher
