The Center for Industrial Research and Service - CIRAS - is part of the College of Engineering and the Office of Economic Development and Industry Relations at Iowa State University. Works with Iowa companies and communities to help them prosper and grow. Conducts research, counsels, and trains business people in management, financing, and operating small businesses, and provides comprehensive information services and access to experts in a variety of fields.
