Eligibility
County resident, must be able to pay mortgage and afford a small down payment, must fall within 30%-60% of area median income, must have good credit (no recent bankruptcies, collections, liens or judgments), must be willing to partner with Habitat by completing 300-400 sweat equity hours and homeowner classes
