Call for information Requests for local rides (rides within your zip code) should be made through the dispatch office at least one (1) business day in advance and before 2:00 pm. It is preferred that requests for "out of town" rides (rides outside of your zip code) be made through the dispatch office at least two (2) business days in advance and before 2:00 pm. When calling for a reservation, be prepared to give the following information, Name, address, 1- or Multi-Way Trip, Telephone Number, Alternative Number, Date of Appointment, Time of Appointment, Address of Destination including zip code, Emergency Contact (and phone number), Is the rider mobile or do they use a wheelchair? Will the rider need a chaperone/aide (non-paying) to travel with them?
