INTENSIVE COMMUNITY SERVICES | SALVATION ARMY WESTERN DIVISION HEADQUARTERS, THE
Works with individuals 19 years or older who suffer with severe and persistent mental illness who are struggling to maintain in the community. The program provides intensive support services and skill development to help transition into the community and maintain permanent housing due to their mental illness, substance use, or complex issues. These program participants live in apartments (20 beds) located on The Salvation Army's Renaissance Village campus (20 beds). Participants receive intensive community services and are seen by staff every day for the first 30 days of their stay and at least 3 times per week thereafter. Participants pay program fees of $330 per month.
