Clients must own and reside in the home and commit to remain in the home; Must meet income guidelines and provide appropriate documentation; Must be a resident within 30 miles of Fremont including all or part of the counties of Dodge, Washington, Burt, Cuming, Colfax, Saunders and Seward; Does not serve Douglas or Sarpy Counties
