WOMEN, INFANTS, AND CHILDREN NUTRITION PROGRAM | CLAYTON COUNTY VISITING NURSE ASSOCIATION

A supplemental food program for income eligible pregnant, postpartum or breastfeeding women, infants and children ages birth through 4 years. WIC provides nutrition assessment and education, food or infant formula to help meet a family’s food needs, and breastfeeding support.

Persons who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who are new mothers and infants and children ages birth through 4 years; applicants must meet income eligibility, have a health or nutrition need, and be residents of Iowa (U.S. Citizenship is not required to be eligible for WIC); serves Allamakee, Clayton, Fayette, Howard, and Winneshiek Counties
