ENERGY EFFICIENCY LOAN PROGRAM | IOWA CITY OFFICES
Through Green Iowa Americorp the city offers zero-interest loans up to $6,000 to income-eligible homeowners for energy-efficient improvements such as new furnaces or upgrades to heating systems, new windows, insulation, and/or weatherproofing. Funds are limited.
